Oladeinde Odusanya B.Sc. (Econ), FCA, FCTI

He is a graduate of the University of Lagos with a Second Class Degree, Upper Division in Economics and a M.Sc. Economics graduate of the same University. Oladeinde is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School. He founded the firm in 1996 after working with two of the four large firms and Four Banking Institutions with career and training in Audit & Accountancy Enterprise restructuring, Corporate/Public Finance and risk management amongst others.

Raphael Adeyemi Aina, HND, MBA, FCA, FCS

Mr. R.A. Aina is fellows of: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria; Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and; Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators, London. He is a Manager, Securities & Exchange Commission ('SEC') and also holds an MBA. He has undergone training with the New York Institute of Finance in the USA and EURO money, London. He had also been on attachment with London and New York Stock Exchanges. He is a practicing stockbroker and has packaged public and private issues in the Nigerian capital markets in excess of =N=134 billion in the last 20 years. He has also been involved in financial advisory services for the privatization exercises of Lagos, Ogun, Oyo and Osun States. He was actively involved in banking & insurance industries consolidated and recapitalization exercises.
